With a 90-minute annual physical, you and your doctor will have plenty of time to go beyond the routine for a comprehensive assessment and plan of your health and wellness goals, preventing illness before it even happens.
Labs Included
Well beyond the typical labs, we provide a much more comprehensive set of tests including complete blood count, liver, kidney and thyroid function, extended lipid panel including Lp(a)*, diabetes screening (A1C), vitamin B12, vitamin D, cardiac health (hsCRP) and urinalysis. Males - testosterone and PSA. Females - estrogen and menopausal hormones (LH, FSH)
Cardiovascular
Cardiovascular disease screening - body composition analysis, EKG, coronary artery calcium score CT scan*, PAD (peripheral arterial disease) screening.
Cancer Screening*
These screenings help with early detection of various cancers well beyond those typically done by standard primary care practices. Colon, lung, breast, cervical, prostate, Multi Cancer Early Detection test (GRAIL Galleri blood test)**.
Vaccinations
As needed vaccinations for Hepatitis A and B, COVID-19, Flu , HPV (Cervical Cancer), Pneumococcal , Shingles, RSV, Tdap (with whooping cough), Travel Immunization, Meningitis , MMR (Measles Mumps Rubella)
